How to get care: choose a plan in the message form below, or mention it in your message. You can also add it any time after your website is delivered.

Care included in Business or Premium runs for 3 months. After that, you decide whether to keep it. Nothing renews automatically, and unused changes don't carry over to the next month.

Fair use: ordinary updates are small edits to what's already on your site. New pages, new features and very frequent changes are quoted separately.

You don't have to send everything. Send what you have by email once we agree on the price. The more you send, the better your site will look.

Where are you based?

In Slovakia, in the EU. I work remotely with clients in other countries, in English, by email.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or card.

Nothing upfront. I build your site and send you screenshots of every page first, and a short video of how it works if you like. If you want to try it yourself, I can put a private preview online for a few days. Once you're happy, you pay in full.

You get the live site, hosting access and all files as soon as you've paid in full.

How many changes can I ask for?

Each package includes a set number of change rounds, agreed in writing. A round means you send me everything you want changed in one list, and I update it all together.

Small change: change a text, swap a photo, update a price or opening hours (up to 15 minutes of work). Free for 14 days after launch, then from €15 each.

Bigger change: add a new section, redesign a page or add a new feature. From €40, and I tell you the price first.

Is the price one-time?

Yes, you pay once for the website. Domain and hosting are separate: they're included in website care from €19 a month, or you can manage them yourself.

Who owns the domain?

You do. I register it in your name, so you can move it elsewhere at any time.

How long does it take?

Most sites are ready in 1 to 3 days from the moment you send me texts and photos. Larger sites take a little longer, and we agree a deadline upfront.

Can I add care or make changes later?

Yes. Add website care any time after delivery. Without care, small changes are free for 14 days after launch, then from €15 each, and bigger changes cost from €40.

Who is responsible

Lukas Pecnik, website designer based in Slovakia (EU). Contact: webko.webs@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional) and message, plus the package and care plan you choose and the language of this page. I use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you hire me, to prepare an agreement. The legal basis is your request and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

If you open this site from a link in an email I sent you, the link carries a short code, so I can see that your business visited the site. I use this only to know who is interested, and the site sets no cookies for it.

Who processes it

The form is sent through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which passes it to my email inbox at Gmail (Google). They process the data on my behalf. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long I keep it, and your rights

I delete enquiries that don't lead to an agreement after 12 months. Records needed for invoices are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion or to stop processing it, and you can complain to a data protection authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov). Email me to do any of this.

Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also receives your IP address to deliver the page.

About these terms

Webko is run by Lukas Pecnik, a website designer based in Slovakia (EU). Contact: webko.webs@gmail.com. These terms apply to website work I do for businesses. If you are buying as a private consumer, your legal rights under consumer law are not affected by anything below.

What you get

The package, add-ons, price and deadline are agreed in writing before I start. Prices marked "from" are starting prices; the final price is the one in the written agreement and does not change unless you ask for more work.

Payment

By bank transfer or card, in euros. There is no upfront payment: I build the site and send you screenshots of it first. You can ask for changes within the change rounds in your package. Once you are happy, you pay in full. The live site, hosting access and all files are handed over once you have paid in full. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next month starts.

Changes

Each package includes a set number of change rounds. A round means you send everything you want changed in one list and I update it all together. Extra rounds or extra pages are quoted separately before I do them.

No refunds

Payments are not refundable once made. That is why you see screenshots of the finished site, and can use your change rounds, before you pay. If I fail to deliver what we agreed in writing, I will first fix it, and your statutory rights under the law are not affected. A care plan can be cancelled at any time, but a month that has started is not refunded.

Who owns what

Once you have paid in full, the design and the pages I made for you are yours to use. Until then I keep the rights. Fonts, stock photos, hosting and other third-party tools stay under their own licences. Unless you tell me not to, I may show the finished site as an example of my work.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the texts, photos and logos you give me. I am not responsible for claims about material you supplied.

Limits of my responsibility

I take care with every site, but I cannot promise a particular number of visitors, search ranking or sales. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or lost profits, and my total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Slovak law, and disputes go to the competent courts in Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to your local court.
